They find a self-contained apartment rather than a room, a kitchenette rather than room service, a single invoice for the whole team, and a contact who knows their name. The bespoke corporate agreement sets negotiated rates and centralised invoicing; the front desk handles the rest — parking, laundry, breakfast, restaurant bookings.
