Terms and conditions of sale

1. Purpose

These terms govern bookings of apartments at Résidence Hôtel Les Ducs de Chevreuse, operated by Alliance Management Hôtel Résidence, 7 route de Choisel, 78460 Chevreuse.

2. Booking

A booking becomes firm upon written confirmation from the residence and payment of any deposit requested. Displayed rates are inclusive of VAT, per apartment per night, excluding tourist tax.

3. Tourist tax

The tourist tax, set by the municipality, is €1.95 per adult per night. It is charged in addition to the apartment rate.

4. What the rate includes

The rate covers cleaning of the apartment on arrival and departure, provision of household linen, and a change of bed linen and towels once a week for stays longer than one week. Wifi, satellite television, outdoor parking, and access to the grounds and laundry room are included.

5. Extras

Breakfast, meals and picnic baskets, underground parking, additional housekeeping, drop-off for dry cleaning, and pets are charged in addition, at the rates displayed at reception. Pets must be declared at the time of booking.

6. Check-in and check-out

Check-in from 4pm, check-out before 11am. Other times may be agreed with the front desk, subject to availability.

7. Cancellation

Cancellation terms are set out in the booking confirmation and vary according to the rate chosen and the length of stay. Corporate agreements are subject to specific terms.

8. Best rate guarantee

The residence guarantees the best available rate for any booking made directly, by email, by phone or through its official booking engine.

9. Liability

Guests are responsible for damage caused to the apartment and its equipment. An inventory may be drawn up on arrival and departure.

10. Mediation

In accordance with French consumer law, guests may refer a dispute free of charge to the mediator MCP Médiation — 12 Square Desnouettes, 75015 Paris — after first contacting the residence’s customer service.
