The residence is bordered by nature on every side: its hectare and a half of grounds merges into the Haute Vallée de Chevreuse Regional Nature Park. External thermal insulation, Confort Vivrelec certification, differentiated management of the green spaces, sorting on every floor, encouragement of soft mobility — bicycles, on-demand transport, car sharing, RER B three kilometres away: we try to make each stay weigh as lightly as possible on its surroundings.
